To invest in and operate a portfolio of UK cemeteries, crematoria and other bereavement services assets.

Target fund size: £300 - £500m
Target portfolio size: acquire 20-30 assets over a period of 5 years
Geographic diversification where possible
Acquisition of cemeteries and crematoria and other bereavement services assets in order to deliver an integrated experience for the customer
Operating company (to be wholly owned by the Fund) will focus on operational excellence and best-in-class management
