The Darwin Bereavement Services Fund (“Darwin”) is a Guernsey authorised Class B Investment Scheme.

The investment policy of Darwin is to invest in a portfolio of interests in UK cemeteries and crematorium with a view to enhancing value through strategic selection and interventionist asset management.  

Darwin is committed to understanding modern slavery risks and ensuring that there is no modern slavery in their businesses and supply chains.
Darwin has simple supply chains and therefore considers there to be minimal risk of slavery and human trafficking taking place. Darwin is however committed to implementing due diligence processes, assessing and managing risks to ensure that slavery and human trafficking is not taking place in its businesses and supply chains.

This statement is made pursuant to the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes Darwin’s slavery and human trafficking statement.
